This hotel is located in the heart of downtown, making it incredibly convenient for exploring the city. The value for money is excellent, with affordable prices for spacious and clean rooms. I loved the attention to detail, like the wooden windows with plants that provided a refreshing breeze in the morning. The staff were friendly and helpful, with a special mention to the boy who went out of his way to assist me during my stay.
The only small improvement I would suggest is to add one more light in the room, as it can be a bit dim at night.

Situated right in the heart of the city, it allowed me to easily explore all the attractions without having to worry about uphill walks. The bustling surroundings added to the vibrant atmosphere. Additionally, the customer service was outstanding. Despite arriving very late at night, the receptionist warmly welcomed us and even went the extra mile by providing us with water. The staff's attentiveness and friendliness truly made our stay memorable.
My experience at this hotel was great. Nothing stood out as needing improvement.

Great location in the heart of the city, surrounded by shops and restaurants. Easy walking distance to main attractions. Rooms are equipped with basic facilities and comfortable enough for a good night’s sleep.
Communication was a major issue for English-speaking guests, as the staff spoke very little English. The lack of communication made it difficult to request basic necessities such as towels and bed linen.
