The hotel offered excellent value for money, with prices that were affordable and reasonable. The location in downtown was perfect, making it easy to explore the city and conveniently accessible from the airport. The staff were friendly and attentive, ensuring that I had a comfortable stay. Despite some minor issues mentioned in other reviews, the rooms were warm and cozy, providing a good night's sleep.

    Room cleanliness could be improved.

This hotel is located in the heart of downtown, making it incredibly convenient for exploring the city. The value for money is excellent, with affordable prices for spacious and clean rooms. I loved the attention to detail, like the wooden windows with plants that provided a refreshing breeze in the morning. The staff were friendly and helpful, with a special mention to the boy who went out of his way to assist me during my stay.

The only small improvement I would suggest is to add one more light in the room, as it can be a bit dim at night.

Amazing location in the heart of Amman. Excellent customer service, especially for late arrivals. Conveniently situated to avoid uphill walks to the city center. Helpful and friendly local staff. Good access to local markets and shopping areas. Delicious local food options nearby. Nice effort from the staff to solve problems. Great value for money.

Could not be improved in any way.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel in Amman and I must say, it exceeded my expectations. the location is absolutely fantastic! Situated right in the heart of the city, it allowed me to easily explore all the attractions without having to worry about uphill walks. The bustling surroundings added to the vibrant atmosphere. Additionally, the customer service was outstanding. Despite arriving very late at night, the receptionist warmly welcomed us and even went the extra mile by providing us with water. The staff's attentiveness and friendliness truly made our stay memorable.

My experience at this hotel was great. Nothing stood out as needing improvement.

Located in the heart of downtown, this budget hotel offers easy access to local markets and shops. the bustling neighborhood has plenty of local food options. Rooms are comfortable, air-conditioned, and cozy - some even featuring private ensuites. the welcoming staff provides great customer service, going above and beyond to make guests feel at home.

Communication can be difficult at times due to the limited English proficiency of some staff members.

Great location in the heart of the city, surrounded by shops and restaurants. Easy walking distance to main attractions. Rooms are equipped with basic facilities and comfortable enough for a good night’s sleep.

Communication was a major issue for English-speaking guests, as the staff spoke very little English. The lack of communication made it difficult to request basic necessities such as towels and bed linen.

We particularly enjoyed the complimentary bottled water and the comfortable bed.

the bathroom was quite small and could do with an upgrade.
